Getting to Capsis Hotel
From Thessaloniki Airport “Makedonia” (SKG), you can reach Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki by taking bus line 01X during the day or 01N at night toward the city center / New Railway Station / KTEL. The journey takes approximately 45–55 minutes, followed by a short walk or brief taxi ride to the hotel. A taxi or ride-share from the airport takes around 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs approximately €25–35.
From Thessaloniki Central Railway Station, the hotel is easily accessible on foot or by a short taxi ride. The journey takes around 10–15 minutes on foot or approximately 5 minutes by taxi, depending on luggage and traffic.
If you are traveling by car, underground guarded private parking is available at Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki, subject to availability and reservation.

Climate
Thessaloniki is expected to experience hot summer weather on 2–3 July. The average maximum temperature will be around 34°C (92–94°F), while the minimum temperature is expected to range between 23–25°C (74–77°F).
Days are expected to be mostly sunny and warm, with a possibility of afternoon thunderstorms on 3 July. Light summer clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat are recommended. Participants are also advised to stay hydrated, especially when spending time outdoors during the warmer parts of the day.
Guest Attendance Policy
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
Accessibility
Thessaloniki has a convenient public transportation system, consisting mainly of the Metro and an extensive network of city buses operated by OASTH. The Metro provides a fast and modern way to travel across key areas of the city, while buses connect the city center with surrounding neighborhoods, the airport, railway station, and intercity bus terminals.
Metro stations are clearly marked with the Thessaloniki Metro name and station entrances. Bus stops are located throughout the city and display route numbers and service information. Taxis are also widely available and can be found at ranks, hailed on the street, or booked by phone or app.

The unit of currency in Greece is Euro (EUR). Most international credit cards are accepted.

Dress Code
During the entire congress, the advised attire is business casual.

The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
