Educational objectives
After attending this event, participants should be able to:
- Address individual needs in compliance with their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) plan.
- Analyse the interconnected pathophysiology of cardiovascular, renal, metabolic, liver, and obesity related conditions
- Evaluate current evidence based guidelines and emerging therapeutic strategies
- Apply practical diagnostic and risk stratification approaches in primary care
- Integrate multidisciplinary and patient centered management strategies to optimize care for patients
- Assess the role of preventive strategies, including vaccination and lifestyle interventions
- Interpret clinical cases involving multimorbid patients in order to support clinical decision making
Target Audience
The principal intended recipients are fully qualified medical specialist doctors involved in the management of cardiometabolic, renal, liver, and obesity related conditions. This includes specialists in cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, hepatology, and internal medicine, as well as family physicians and general practitioners with specialist certification in primary care or family medicine who play a central role in the long term management of patients with complex multimorbidity. The activity is primarily designed for experienced clinicians and practicing specialists responsible for diagnosis, treatment decisions, and coordinated management of patients with cardiovascular, renal, metabolic, liver, and obesity related diseases within both primary and specialist care settings.
To Receive Your CME/CPD Certificate
The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 5 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps improve future educational offerings.

- Kindly note that the CaReMeLO 2026 online evaluation will be active on the last day of the meeting. You will then be able to access it and claim your CME/CPD certificate.

In accordance with CME/CPD accreditation criteria and standards for commercial support to ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor, those in control of the educational content must disclose potential or actual conflicts of interest. Disclosure information is evaluated and conflicts of interest are resolved. Disclosure is made to participants before the activity. Participants will be asked on the evaluation to assess the objectivity and independence of the event.
