Getting to Crowne Plaza Warsaw

By Public Transportation

Warsaw has a superb public transport infrastructure that’s easy and cheap to use. Public transport in Warsaw is ubiquitous, serving the city with buses, trams, urban railways, and the metro. The vehicles are modern, the same ticket can be used on virtually every route, and it’s designed to get you to any central location within 15 minutes. Many bus and tram stops, as well as all metro and train stations, have ticket machines. You can also find them on board buses, trains, and trams. They have language options and are easy to use, allowing payment by card, contactless, or cash. Here’s how you can reach Crowne Plaza Warsaw using public transport:

  • From the Airport (Chopin Airport):

Take Bus 175 directly from the airport towards the city center. This bus runs frequently and takes around 30 minutes. Get off at the “Centrum” stop, then transfer to Metro Line M2. Take the metro two stops westbound, and you’ll arrive at Rondo Daszyńskiego, which offers direct access to the Crowne Plaza Warsaw lobby.

  • From Warsaw Central Railway Station:

Take Tram 22 or Tram 24 from the “Dworzec Centralny” stop, located just outside the station. Ride three stops to Rondo Daszyńskiego, where you can walk directly into the Crowne Plaza Warsaw lobby. Alternatively, walk about 7 minutes from the station to the “Centrum” stop and board Metro Line M2 towards Rondo Daszyńskiego.

  • From the City Center (e.g., Old Town):

From central locations such as Plac Bankowy or Nowy Świat, hop on Metro Line M2 at any of the central stops (like “Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet” or “Świętokrzyska”) and travel towards Rondo Daszyńskiego. This metro stop gives you direct access to the Crowne Plaza Warsaw lobby, making the journey fast and simple.

By Car

To get to the Crowne Plaza Warsaw by car, follow Towarowa Street. The hotel offers onsite parking in an in-house garage with 24 spaces and a height limit of 2 meters. The parking fee is 120 PLN per day, available from Monday to Sunday. Additional parking spaces can be found in the nearby retail parking area. Car rental options are available throughout the city if needed.

Citizens of EU member states need only a valid travel document or national ID to enter Poland. No visa is required for short stays, such as attending the congress.

Entry Requirements for Non-EU Citizens

If you are not an EU citizen, the two main documents you will need to enter Poland are a valid passport and, in most cases, a visa. As a general rule, non-EU citizens require a visa to enter Poland. Since Poland is part of the Schengen zone, obtaining a visa allows you to travel freely across many European countries.
