The Polish Society of Family Medicine (PTMR), established in 1999, is an interdisciplinary organisation bringing together all those interested in family medicine, with a particular focus on family medicine specialists. Our goals, mission and vision for family medicine are aligned with WONCA. Our aim is to provide and maintain the highest quality of care for patients in primary care, making a real difference to their health and comfort.

Our mission is to disseminate the latest scientific developments in the field of family medicine in its broadest sense and to encourage family doctors to be creative in their scientific work and to disseminate the results of their research, thereby also inspiring them to continuously improve their professional qualifications, as well as providing broad access to modern, continuous training for family doctors.

As a society for primary care physicians from all over Poland, we provide a platform for these physicians to cooperate with each other and with specialists from various medical disciplines, thus enabling the exchange of experience and information on family medicine. Given the high qualifications, knowledge and experience of the affiliated doctors, our tasks also include providing opinions on legal acts concerning the health care system and the training of medical staff, and participating in discussions on the development of the health care system in Poland, with particular emphasis on family medicine and primary care.

On behalf of the Bayerische Gesellschaft für Immun-, Tropen- und Impfwesen (BayGes ITI) (Bavarian Society for Immunology, Tropical Medicine and Vaccinology), we are pleased to issue this letter of endorsement for selected scientific components of the CaReMeLO Conference 2026, organized by the Kenes Group.

The BayGes ITI is a scientific medical society dedicated to the advancement of research, education, and clinical practice in immunology, tropical medicine, travel medicine, infectious diseases, and vaccinology. In line with our statutory mission, we support high-quality scientific initiatives in these specific fields.

With particular appreciation, we note that the scientific program of the CaReMeLO Conference 2026 is expected to include a dedicated focus on vaccinology and travel medicine. These topics are of central relevance to our society and address key challenges in preventive medicine, global mobility, and the control of infectious diseases.

We would also like to refer to the previous positive recommendations and endorsements issued by recognized professional societies for earlier CaReMeLO conferences held in Poland and Spain, including the Polish Society of Vaccinology and the Spanish Society of Travel Medicine (SEMT). These prior meetings were acknowledged for their high scientific standards and their valuable contribution to continuing medical education within the endorsed thematic areas.

The endorsement issued by the BayGes ITI is strictly limited in scope. It applies exclusively to the vaccinology- and vaccination-related content, including travel medicine aspects, as well as to the corresponding scientific sessions and program blocks of the CaReMeLO Conference 2026. While we recognize the overall breadth and potential value of the full conference program, the BayGes ITI does not provide a scientific evaluation or endorsement of program components outside its defined fields of expertise.

Within this clearly defined framework, the BayGes ITI is pleased to endorse the vaccination- and travel medicine–related scientific content of the CaReMeLO Conference 2026 and supports its role as a focused and valuable educational platform in these areas.

We wish the organizers and participants a successful and impactful conference.
