REGISTRATION IS FREE OF CHARGE, BUT IS MANDATORY TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE.

On-site Participation Includes:

  • Participation in all scientific sessions.
  • Entrance to the Exhibition Area.
  • Conference refreshments as per breaks indicated in the program.
  • Certificate of attendance

Virtual Participation Includes:

  • Live streaming of the sessions during the conference dates
  • Q&A participation during the session discussions on the conference dates

All registered participants will have access to live sessions via the UNLOK platform throughout the conference. Following the event, session recordings will be made available to CaReMeLO delegates on UNLOK.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be emailed to reg_caremelo26@kenes.com prior to the event.

GUEST ATTENDANCE POLICY

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
